Return Policy:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery for us to be able to assist you. Photos of the damaged contents, inside and outside of packaging, must be provided. 

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped.
