Shipping policy
Order processing time:
All Favored Naturals orders are processed during business days (Monday through Friday) from 9:00am-5:30pm ET, excluding major holidays.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Standard shipping can take up to 3-6 business days. Please allow additional processing time during higher volume periods (such as sales or holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We process and prepare your order within the listed time frames before shipping it out.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Modifications are permitted before the order enters processing for shipping.
Shipping Policy:
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped and scanned in by the shipping carrier.
International orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid at the time of purchase to ensure seamless delivery. International delivery timeframes range from 1-3 weeks depending on your location.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Addresses may be edited within 30 minutes after placing order. Contact us at support@favorednaturals.com. If your address is entered incorrectly at checkout and it has passed the 30-minute deadline, please contact the shipping carrier to intercept your package and arrange delivery or pick-up. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
If a package is returned to Favored Naturals due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer was not home for delivery or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Favored Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
